Conti Federal Welcomes Lou Zecca as New Chief Operating Officer

Lou Zecca has joined Conti Federal as the company鈥檚 new Chief Operating Officer. Lou comes to Conti from Pernix Federal, where as President he led the company鈥檚 work in the global military and embassy construction markets. He brings a proven track record of delivering high quality, complex projects safely and under budget, and will be key to achieving Conti Federal鈥檚 plans for growth. Lou will be based in Conti鈥檚 Edison, NJ, office.
